The BD Crew is three narrow agents and one human. It reads every inbound enquiry, enriches it against ACRA records, LinkedIn, and active SG tender feeds, drafts a response in our voice using a library of past wins, and hands the draft to a partner for sign-off — usually within the hour.

Pulls form fields and email body, classifies the buyer (existing client / gov / deep-tech), enriches against ACRA UEN, LinkedIn, and the GeBIZ tender list. Tags the urgency.

Picks the closest 3 past wins from our library, writes a tailored reply in wGrow's voice, suggests a fixed-fee diagnostic if it fits the shape.
- scheduler.agentLoop & follow up
Owns the calendar handshake. Re-pings on day 3 and 9 if no reply. Closes the thread when an opportunity is created or declined.

No outbound message leaves the crew unread. We will not auto-send. Trust is the product.
Every BD response is graded on four axes before send: factual correctness about the lead, appropriateness of the past-win match, tone fit to wGrow voice, and presence of a concrete next step. Drafts that score below threshold are flagged for re-draft, not approval.
