Explicit Cache Breakpoints Turn Context Into An Interface

Every call after that variable moves pays for everything downstream of it again, because the cache hit stops at the first token that shifted — and if the variable sits near the top, everything downstream is effectively the whole useful context. We stopped optimizing for what reads well to a human reviewer and started optimizing for what hashes well across a thousand calls. Turns out those are two different documents.
